Appoint our team to assess the condition of commercial property, so the purchaser can make an informed decision. 

When buying a re-sale property, there will be no DLP. Defects inspection is still required to make sure the purchaser understand the actual condition of the property.

Follow up inspection after rectification works. It is done to verify the improvements done by the contractors.
